Services
  1. Establishment of a Customer Services Center and promotion of phone mono-window. Any kind of inquiry and application can be done with a phone call.

  2. Multi-functional counters accept 20 kinds of application and a variety of inquiries. We handle cases upon arrival, and sincere and timely service accompanies the whole process.
  3. Protecting taxpayers' rights. Any excess tax payment will be refunded to taxpayers without any special application being necessary.
  4. Creating a friendly environment by practicing "Office 5S" .We offer a cultural art gallery, a nursery room, a reading room and a parking lot to visitors. Emergency alarms have been installed in restrooms.
    Bilingual signs have been set up everywhere. We also green and beautify our office, making it a comfortable place to visit.
  5. Using a combination of activities and mass media to advertise tax regulations. In our Sunday Tax Series we pass general tax concepts to the public to enhance harmony between our office and taxpayers.
  6. Any investigation of violation cases will be reviewed fairly to meet tax law. The "Tax Cases Negotiation Principle" was made to reduce tax lawsuits, and to ensure the fair administration of taxpayer rights.
  7. A well-trained volunteer team is ready for visitors. They answer all inquiries, help fill applications, usher visitors and participate in all tax promotion activities.
  8. For developing administrative efficiency and sharing the same resources, we have built a staff-only "Knowledge Database Management System". The system gives a channel to everyone to exchange work experiences and all kinds of knowledge.
