1. Making Proactive Reforms and Innovations
We keep refining, simplifying and digitizing the tax-levying procedures, e.g., internet declaration and e-payment, to optimize our service efficiency as well as the customer experience.
2. Providing Sound and Convenient Service
We establish a customer-oriented service model to win the trust and support of taxpayers. Therefore, we are dedicated to optimizing the use of technology, enhancing the cross-agency cooperation, providing more proactive service, intensifying the staff education and training, and enriching the service content on our website, etc., to provide more convenient tax service.
3. Protecting the Taxpayer Rights
To bring the taxation agency and the taxpayer into harmony, we make use of all available channels to make the public understand tax regulations, safeguard their rights, and fulfill their tax obligations. In addition, based on the Taxpayer Rights Protection Act, we set up 7 taxpayer ombudsmen to insure rights of taxpayers, to achieve tax equity, and to carry through the due process of law.
4. Achieving Fair Taxation
In order to maintain fair taxation, we adopt measures to prevent and clear up tax arrears. Besides, we set up checking projects to insure the correctness of the tax information used to calculate tax amount.
5. Strengthening Public Finance
We make efforts not only to enrich financial resources to raise funds for government administration and city infrastructure, but also to improve debt management to achieve the goal of sound and sustainable development of city finance.
6.Widely Used Voluntary Service
We make good use of social resources and extend service dimensions via voluntary service; meanwhile, we offer volunteer-training programs to improve the knowledge of volunteers and service quality.
